特徵描述

形態特徵

Stems erect or subetect, herbaceous, terete, 30-200 cm tall, 4-8 mm thick at base, simple, smooth throughout.
Leaf blades ovate-elliptic to ovate-oblong, or elliptic-oblong, 4-12 cm long, 1.5-3 cm wide, apex suddenly acuminate, base cuneate to rounded-truncate, thick membranaceous, lower surface pale green, white-powdery; costas 5 or 7, separate to base. distinct on upper surface, prominently elevated and often white-papillose on lower surface, lateral veinlets slender, forming oblique reticulations; petiole 1-4 cm long, hardly sheathing; tendrils of upper leaves elongate, to 10 cm long.
Umbel solitary in axils of lower and middle leaves, 15-25-flowered; peduncle 4-12 cm long, compressed, not prophyllate at base. Staminate tepals yellow green, spreading to weakly reflexed; outer tepals oblanceolate, 4-4.5 mm long, 1 mm wide, subobtuse; inner tepals linear-oblanceolate, nearly as long as outer tepals. Stamens 6; filaments erect-patent, 2-3 mm long; anthers ellipsoid, 0.7 mm long. Pistillate perianth patent; tepals ovate, subacute.
Berry globose. 7-8 mm in diam., blue black, white-powdery.
