形態特徵

Epiphytes or lithophytes. Pseudobulbs obliquely ovoid, usually prostrate, arranged in rows, 2-3.5 cm long, 1-2 cm in diam., enclosed by a few sheaths, with 2-4 internodes.
Leaves 2, linear-oblanceolate, 15-45 cm long, 2-3 cm wide, apex acute, base long decurrent, thinly coriaceous, mainly 5-nerved.
Peduncle arising with new leaves, as long as leaves or longer; rachis ca. 10-20 cm long; bracts linearlanceolate, 6-8 mm long; pedicel and ovary 1.2-2.2 cm long. Flowers more than 10, yellowish green, perianth widely spreading; dorsal sepal linear, 7-13 mm long, 1-2 mm wide, reflexed, revolute; lateral sepals linear-lanceolate, 7-12 mm long, 2-2.5 mm wide, often revolute and twisted; petals similar to sepals but narrower, ca. 0.5 mm wide; lip cuneate-obovate or lyrate, 7-11 mm long, 4-6 mm wide, apex truncate, denticulate or sometimes obcordate, mucronate, base cuneate, +/- 3-lobed, lateral lobes thick, erect, central lobe bent downward; disc with a raised thick semi terete callus at base, callus often bilobed; column 5-6 mm long, arcuate, with indistinct wings at apex, not dilated at base; anther oval to orbicular, green, ca. 0.6 mm across, cells whitish; pollinia obliquely ovoid, 0.5 mm long.
Capsule ellipsoid, 1-2 cm long, pedicel 5-10 mm long.
This species is highly variable in the size of the plants (pseudobulbs and leaves) and flowers. It usually grows abundantly in moist forests in rather heavy shade. Plants growing in dry habitats often have smaller leaves and flowers.

台灣 : common in broadleaved forests below 1,500 m throughout the island.
