生活型

形態特徵

Stems 5-15 cm long; internodes 0.5-2 cm long, surrounded by persistent leaf sheaths.
Leaves linear, falcate or linear-oblong, 8-12 cm long, ca. 2 cm wide, apex acute or sometimes unequally 2-lobed, thickfleshy, margins thin; sheath tubular, oblique at mouth.
Racemes 5-8 cm long; bracts scale-like, 2 mm long; pedicel and ovary 8-10 mm long. Flowers 3-5, pale yellow, ca. 1.5 cm in diam.; sepals oblong or oblong-oblanceolate, 7-9 mm long, 3-4 mm wide, obtuse or rounded at apex; petals linear-oblong, 8 mm long, 2-3 mm wide, rounded at apex; lip white or pale yellow, sometimes with yellowish or brownish stripes or hues, with an orbicular thick hypochile and a slender caudate tail (epichile), hypochile 4-5 mm in diam., thickened along margin, with a raised callus in center, tail 3-5 mm long, with 2 narrow acuminate lobes at apex; column ca. 3 mm long.
Capsules linear-fusiform, 4-5 cm long.

台灣 : in forests at low elevation throughout the island.
世界 : Southern China, the Himalaya, India (Deccan), Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Thailand and Vietnam.
