形態特徵

Rhizome thickened, somewhat ligneous, well developed. Stem short or nearly absent.
Leaves lanceolate to ensiform, 20-55 cm long, 2.5-4.5 cm wide, apex acuminate to acute, base decurrent, sheathing, entire to slightly undulate, coriaceous, upper surface green, lustrous, lower surface pale green; sheath 1-2 cm long, persistent, glabrous.
Inflorescence 30-40 cm long. Flowers numerous, blue to dark blue, terminal, panicle to paniculate-corymbose; scape terminal, 40-70 cm long, branching much, glabrous, green, bracteate; bracts lanceolate to ovate-lanceolate, 1-2.5 cm long, 4-7 mm wide, apex acute to acuminate, base amplexicual; pedicels slender, 1-2.5 cm long, green; perianth segments 6, widely spreading, sometimes reflexed, oblong to oblong-lanceolate, 7-8 mm long, 3-4 mm wide, apex subacute, slightly base subcontracted; stamens 6, filaments thickened, 3-4 mm long; anthers acute, yellow; ovary globose, glabrous; style slender, 4-6 mm long; stigma minute.
Fruit globose to ovoid-globose, ca. 1 cm in diam., dark blue; seeds oblong, black.

分布

台灣 : roadsides and exposed fields, sea level to 1,200 m, throughout the island, very common.
世界 : Widely distributed in tropical and subtropical regions of Asia, Australia and the Pacific islands.
