特徵描述

生活型

形態特徵

  • Small shrubs, many-branched; young branches strigose, glabrescent.
  • Leaves chartaceous, oblong or rarely ovate-oblong, 2.5–3 cm long, 1.2–1.7 cm broad, apex obtuse, callose-apiculate at tip, base obtuse to short attenuate, margin entire, upper surface green, scattered-hirsute to scabrid, lower surface pale, densely furfurescent-strigose along midrib and veins, midrib raised on lower surface, lateral veins 4 or 5 pairs; petiole 3–7 mm long, densely appressed strigose.
  • Flowers 2–4(–5), terminal; pedicel ca. 1.5 cm long; petals ca. 2.5 cm across, deeply 5-lobed; stamens 5, filaments unequal, nearly glabrous or sparsely pilose near base; ovary and base of style pubescent.
  • Capsules conical, ca. 1.1 cm long, 5 mm across, pubescent.

分布

  • 台灣 : In mountain forests from 400 to 2,400 m.

引證標本

ILAN: Nan-ao, Morisn. s. n. in 1909 (Type of R. breviperulatum Hayata). TAICHUNG: Chingshan, Lu 15396. HUALIEN: Shinpaiyang, Lu 16361.
