形態特徵

• A small tree.
• Leaves obovate-elliptic, obtuse at apex, obtuse-rounded at base, glabrous, 7–9 cm long, 5–6.5 cm broad, the lateral veins 3–4 on per side, veinlets obsolete; petioles stout, strongly grooved above, 1–1.5 cm long, glabrescent.
• Inflorescences axillary with 3–5 cymes on a common peduncles, densely pubescent; calyx cupular, minutely 5-toothed, glabrescent; petals 5, whitish, 4–5 mm long, glabrous, oblong; stamens 5, the filaments flattened, with long hairs below the anthers and on the connective; ovary cylindric, glabrous; stigma discord; style none.
• Drupe oblong, about 2 cm long, 0.8–1 cm across, glabrous, with many longitudinal ridges.

• 台灣 : on Is. Lanyu and Is. Lutao.
• 世界 : The Philippines.
