生活型

形態特徵

  • A shrub; stems pubescent when young; prickles usually not many, up to 5 mm long, curved.
  • Leaves simple, membranaceous, ovate-oblong, unlobed to deeply 3-lobed, 4–12 cm long, 3–9 cm wide, acute to long-acuminate, rounded to cordate at base, both surfaces pubescent on the midribs and veins, serrate to biserrate, the base 3–5-nerved; petioles 1.5–2 cm long, prickly, pubescent to glabrous; stipules linear-lanceolate, about 5 mm long, pubescent outside.
  • Flower usually solitary, terminating the branches; pedicels about 1 cm long, pubescent; calyx-lobes triangular-ovate, 6–10 mm long, outside pubescent, inside shortly hairy; petals white, ovate, 6–8 mm long, glabrous; stamen glabrous; ovary pubescent.
  • Collective fruits ovoid, exocarp orange-yellow when ripe.

  • 台灣 : Taiwan, common at low to medium altitudes
  • 世界 : Japan, Korea, Indo-China and China.
