生活型

形態特徵

Shrub or small tree to 4 m tall; branchlets densely appressed hairy, glabrescent.
Leaves opposite, ovate-lanceolate to lanceolate, (2-)5-24 cm long, (1-)2-5(-6.4) cm wide, appressed hairy above and along veins beneath.
Inflorescences unisexual or bisexual, densely spicate. Female Inflorescences 4-18 cm long. Male flowers 4-merous.

Flowering and fruiting late December to September.

分布

台灣 : common, low to medium altitudes, roadsides, river banks, sunny and rocky slopes throughout the island.
世界 : Distributed from the Ryukyus to southern China and the Philippines.
