形態特徵

• Rhizomes usually short and stiff. Pseudobulbs often closely aggregated or occasionally separate, conic or ovoid, 7-10 mm tall, 6-8 mm in diam.
• Leaves erect, sessile, elliptic to oblong, 3-5 cm long, 7-9 mm wide, apex rounded or acute, often slightly retuse, base cuneate, coriaceous, glabrous on both surface.
• Scapes 4-6 cm long, slender, erect or slightly flexuous, with few scales below; bracts concave, ovate-lanceolate, acute, 3-4 mm long; pedicels with ovaries ca. 7-10 mm long. Flowers ca. 6, umbellate, pale orange to yellowish, with reddish orange veins; dorsal sepal ovate, 5-6 mm long, 2.5 mm wide, acuminate-caudate toward apex, contracted at base, 3-nerved, with long ciliate margins, upper cilia much longer; lateral sepals tinged with vermilion near base, linear-lanceolate, 23-29 mm long, 2.5-3.5 mm wide, 5-nerved, veins purplish black toward base; petals pale but suffused with orange near tip, falcate-oblong, 2.5-4 mm long, 1-1.5 mm wide, acute at apex, not contracted at base, 3-nerved; lip reddish, horn-like, fleshy, 2.5 mm long, obtuse at apex; column 1.5 mm long, with 2 linear stylids at apex, foot 1.5 mm long; anther cap semiglobose, yellow, 0.6 mm long; pollinia 4, unequal, in 2 equal groups.

分布

• 台灣 : recorded from a few localities in broadleaved forests at ca. 1000 m.
• 世界 : Southern China and Vietnam.
