shrub

An erect shrub; stem with spreading hairs.
Leaves ovate, 5-nerved, about 5.5 cm long, 3 cm broad, acute at apex, rounded at base, serrate at margin, hairy on both surfaces.
Inflorescence terminal cymose, pedunculate; leaves gradually becoming smaller into bracts at the top of branch; pedicels subsessile; calyx with stellate hairs throughout.
Fruit oval, 1.4–2 cm long.
