形態特徵

• Terrestrial or epiphytic herbs, on mossy rocks or tree trunks. Stems ascending from a short creeping base, 5-15 cm long, densely noded at base.
• Leaves often rosette, narrowly elliptic, 4-8 cm long, 1-2.3 cm wide, acute or acuminate at apex, cuneate at base, margins smooth or wavy, often denticulate on one side; petioles nearly as long as blades.
• Peduncle 5-7 cm long, hairy, with 3-5 bract-like sheaths, lower sheaths nearly glabrous, upper ones hairy; rachis 4-7 cm long; floral bracts hairy outside, ciliate at margins. Flowers many, secund, perianth connivent; ovary 7-11 mm long, hairy; sepals 9-10 mm long, acuminate at apex, hairy, dorsal one narrowly ovate, lateral ones obliquely ovate; petals falcate, 9-10 mm long, 4 mm wide, acuminate at apex; lip white, 8-10 mm long, base saccate, hairy within, limb strongly down-curved, with 2 longitudinal keels, keels not reaching apex; column, 5-6 mm long; anther slightly shorter than rostellum, ovate; pollinia yellow; edge of clinandrium with a small vertical lobe near rostellum; stigma, somewhat protruding; rostellum slightly bent downward; viscidium lanceolate.

• 台灣 : forests at medium altitudes throughout the island.
