形態特徵

• Pseudobulbs closely tufted, ovoid, often 4-ridged, 4-6 cm long, ca. 2 cm in diam., with 2 leaves at apex, base covered by 2-3 scales before maturity.
• Leaves oblanceolate or oblong, 15-35 cm long, 3.5-6 cm wide, acuminate or acute at apex, attenuate, canaliculate at base; veins and veinlets parallel, elavated on both surfaces.
• Peduncle from near apex of pseudobulb, 5-10 cm long; rachis ca. 15 cm long; bracts ca. 3 mm long; pedicel and ovary 1 cm long. Flowers dense, white to pale yellow, ca. 1.5 cm in diam., not resupinate; dorsal sepal linear-triangular, 1.2 cm long, 3 mm wide, apex obtuse, not contracted at base, 3-5-nerved; lateral sepals obliquely triangular-oblong, 1cm long, 6 mm wide, 5-nerved, apex obtuse, base adnate to foot of column forming distinct mentum; petals linear-lanceolate, more or less recurved, 11 mm long, 2 mm wide, acute; lip articulated with foot of column, ovate-rhomboid, 9 mm long, 6 mm wide, 3-lobed, lateral lobes semioblong, 2.5 mm long, erect and slightly embracing column, terminal lobe ovate-triangular, 3.5 mm long, 3 mm wide, apex obtuse, disc with 3 long keels and usually 2 short keels near apex, keels undulate-cristate, purple toward apex; column 3 mm long, foot 4 mm long; anther 2-celled; pollinia 8, triangular-ovate, in 2 pairs; stigma slightly convex.
• Fruit ellipsoid, 1.3- 1.5 cm long.

分布

• 台灣 : mostly on rocks and tree trunks in broadleaved forests, 500-1,500 m, throughout.
• 世界 : Southern China, Vietnam and the Ryukyus.
