形態特徵

Culms 70-80 cm tall, 2-2.5 mm in diam.
Blade 10-15 cm long, 5-10(-15) mm wide, narrowly linearlanceolate; ligule papery, truncate or undulate, 0.5 mm long.
Spike 10-15 cm long; spikelets solitary at each node of spike-axis. Spikelets 5-10-flowered, to 2 cm long.
glumes subcoriaceous, margins transparent, narrowly lacnceolate, nerves conspicuous and hispid; lower glume 5 mm long, 3-nerved; upper glume 7 mm long, 5-nerved, shortly awn-tipped. Lemmas 10 mm long, subcoriaceous, margins hyaline, weakly 5-nerved, with a straight awn; palea linear-oblong, 10 mm long, 2-keeled and winged.
