形態特徵

• Herb to 60 cm tall; stems erect, branched, subquadrangular, loosely pubescent apically.
• Leaves lanceolate or linear-lanceolate, 5–10 cm long, 5–12 mm wide, apex obtuse or acute, base attenuate, margins entire or slightly undulate, lower surface often loosely pilose on veins.
• Flowers sessile, fasciculate in leaf-axils; bracts leaf like, subelliptic, appressed pilose; bracteoles linear-lanceolate; calyx 6–8 mm long, segments nearly equal, subulate, loosely ciliate; corolla pale purplish, 1–1.2 cm long, limb minutely puberulent without; stamens exserted; style filiform, slightly pilose below.
• Capsule oblong-cylindric, 1–1.2 cm long, acute ca. 15-seeded.

分布

• 台灣 : widespread in wet places, but rare.
• 世界 : Japan and the Ryukyus.
