形態特徵

• Annual erect herbs, 15–45 cm tall, stems simple or branched, hirsute.
• Leaves sessile, linear, 10–30 mm long, 1–3 mm wide, decreasing in size upward, apex acute, base cuneate, margins entire, hirsute.
• Bracteoles subulate, ca. 2 mm long. Calyx 7–15-stout ribbed 4–5, 4–6 mm long, cleft ca. half way, 4–5-lobed, hirsute. Corolla yellow, rarely red, pink or white, tube 8–12 mm long, pubescent and glandular, ampliate and curved near apex, upper lip 2–3 mm long, lower lip 3–4 mm long.
• Capsule subglobose to ovoid, 2–3 mm long.

分布

• 台灣 : in grasslands and open plains at low elevations.
• 世界 : Tropical Africa and Asia.
