形態特徵

• Perennial stoloniferous herbs; simple or branched, hispid and strigose.
• Leaves elliptic to suborbicular, 2–3.5 cm long, 1.5–2.5 cm wide, apex rounded, often emarginate, base obtuse, margin entire or crispate-undulate, midvein elevated on upper surface impressed on lower surface; strigose on both surfaces, petiole 1.5–5 cm long; cauline leaves smaller, subsessile.
• Cymes terminal, pedicel 1–4 mm long, strigose. Calyx deeply cleft, lobes 5, ovate or elliptic, 2–3 mm long, strigose. Corolla white, rotate, 3–5 mm long. Stamens subsessile, anthers oblong, 0.5–0.8 mm long. Style ca. 1 mm long; ovary 4 or 5-celled.
• Nutlets obovoid, ca. 1 mm long.

分布

• 台灣 : confined to middle and high elevations in the northern part of the island.
