形態特徵

• Procumbent herbs with trailing stems lying flat on ground.
• Leaves oblong to oblong-obovate, 5–20 mm long, 5–12 mm wide, veins 3–5 on each surface, impressed above, elevated beneath, densely sericeous on both surfaces, petiole 1–4 mm long.
• Flowers white, subsessile. Calyx lobes lanceolate or lanceolate-ovate, ca. 2 mm long, hirsute. Corolla 1.5–1.8 mm long, glabrous, tube 1–1.5 mm long, lobes suborbicular. Ovary glandular-villose.
• Pyrenes 4, 3–4 mm long; nutlets beaked, endocarp corky.

分布

• 台灣 : in seasonally dry places, mostly found in rice fields in the south.
• 世界 : Tropical and subtropical SE Asia, Africa, and Australia.
