形態特徵

• Scandent shrubs, much branched; branchlets stiff, glandular-granulose and papillate.
• Leaves coriaceous, ovate, oblong to lanceolate, 5–10 cm long, 2–4 cm wide, apex acute, acuminate or tapering, base acute, obtuse or rounded, margins serrate to subentire, brownish green and shiny above, pale beneath, punctate, glabrous, lateral veins many, reticulate veinlets between lateral veins distinct and elevated; petioles 6–10 mm long, sulcate, glandular-puberulous.
• Inflorescences axillary or lateral, racemose, 1–2.5 cm long, glandular puberulous. Flowers greenish or white; calyx lobes triangular, glabrous, punctate, glandular ciliate; petals oblong, elliptic, or obovate, glabrous outside, densely papillate in middle and toward base, margin slightly erose and glandular ciliate; stamens distinctly exserted, filaments glandular puberulous in lower half, anthers punctate at back; pedicels glandular puberulous, 2–3 mm long.
