形態特徵

An erect undershrub; Stems, petioles and pedicels stellate-hairy.
Leaves exceedingly variable, the lower ones usually orbicular and lobed, the middle ones ovate, larger, the upper ones ovate or ovate-elliptic, evenly serrate, 2–5 cm long, 3–6 cm broad, 3–9-nerved at base, with a linear nectary near the base; petioles 2–4 cm long; stipules linear or lanceolate.
Flowers solitary, sometimes 2–3-fasciculate; pedicels 3 mm long; epicalyx campanulate, the segments lanceo¬late; calyx 5-parted, the segments elliptic, acute, stellate-pubescent; corolla pink, the petals obovate; stamens pink, the tube 10–12 mm long.
Fruit about 1 cm across, the carpels stellate-pubescent, with glochidiate spines.

台灣 : Common in waste places and along roadsides.
世界 : Pantropical.
