形態特徵

• A suffrutescent herb; stems twining, sparsely pilose.
• . Leaves usually 7- rarely 5-foliolate, petiolate, the petioles 5–12 cm long, glabrous; leaflets ovate to ovate-lanceolate, 4–5 cm long, 1.5–2.2 cm wide, the apex obtuse-acuminate, mucronate, the base rounded to truncate-rounded, the margins entire, both surfaces nearly glabrous; petiolules 2 mm long, pubescent; stipels 1.5–2 mm long, setose. Inflorescence up to 15 cm long, axillary, long-pedunculate.
• Flowers yellow-purplish, about 1.2 cm long, 3 or 4 fascicled at each node; calyx-lobes subequal, the standard suborbiculate, 1.1 cm long, the wings narrow-oblong, the keel elongate, incurved; stamens about 1.5 cm long; ovary pubescent; style spirally twisted

• 台灣 : Endemic; Taiwan, in open grassland and margin of forest in the central and southern mountain area at altitudes of 1,000–2,000 m.
