形態特徵

  • Perennial, scandent herb.
  • Leaf blades chartaceous to subcoriaceous, broadly ovate or ovate-cordate, 6-9 cm long, 5-11 cm wide, unequally deeply (3-)5-7(-9)-lobed, base cordate, upper surface glabrous, lower surface pubescent, palmately nerved; middle lobe spatulate-ensiform or rhomboid-oblanceolate, apex acute; lateral lobes oblanceolate-linear, apex obtuse; petiole 2--3 cm long, pubescent.
  • Flowers solitary, axillary, pendulous, the pedicel and utricle together c. 3 cm long, pubescent; perianth about 4 cm long, U-shaped, 6-7 mm in diam., limb obliquely oblong, l.5 cm long, slightly notched at apex, hairy outside. Stamens 6.
  • Capsules ovoid-fusiform, to 6 cm long, 1.5 cm in diam, 6-angular, dehiscing from apex toward base. Seeds triangular, 3-5 mm long and wide, concave-convex, testa smooth.

分布

  • 台灣 : In thickets and open forests at low altitudes, in the central and southern parts of the island.
