形態特徵

• Ascending to erect herbs, to 70 cm tall, glandular pubescent throughout; stems branched, reddish, hispid; nodes slightly enlarged.
• Leaves lanceolate, 3.5–7 cm long, 0.8–3 cm wide, apex acuminate, base attenuate, both surfaces hispid; petioles narrowly winged, decurrent, 0.2–0.4 cm long; ocreae tubular, 0.5–1.5 cm long, apex truncate, glandular pubescent at base, upper margins ciliate.
• Inflorescences 3–6-flowered fascicles in spike-like panicles, terminal or axillary, moderately to densely flowered, 2–4.5 cm long; peduncles hispid, 2–5 cm long; bracts oblique funnel-form, pilose, apex acute to acuminate, upper margins ciliate. Flowers pink to red; pedicels included; perianth segments 5, ovate to elliptic, 2.8–3 mm long, apex acute; stamens 8; styles 3-cleft, included; nectaries present.
• Achenes brown to dark brown, trigonous, smooth, not shining, 2.5 mm long.

分布

• 台灣 : in wet grassy fields and swampy places at low altitudes.
• 世界 : India, Nepal, China (SW, S, C, E & NE), Russian Far East, Korea and Japan.
