生活型

形態特徵
- Annual climbing or twining herb; stems much branched, angled, armed with recurved prickles.
- Leaves deltoid, peltate, 2–7 cm long, 2.5–6 cm wide, apex acute, base truncate, upper margins retrorsely prickly, both surfaces glabrous, beneath veins retrorsely prickly; petioles 3–7 cm long; ocreae foliaceous, green, glabrous, upper margins eciliate.
- Inflorescences 2–3-flowered fascicles in spike-like racemes, terminal or in axils of upper leaves, unbranched, densely flowered, 3–5 cm long; peduncles retrorsely prickly, 2–4 cm long; bracts elliptic, glabrous, apex acute, upper margins eciliate. Flowers greenish-white; pedicels included; perianth-segments 5, elliptic, 2–3 mm long, apex obtuse, becoming fleshy and blue in fruit; stamens 8; styles deeply 3-cleft, included; nectaries present.
- Achenes black, spherical, smooth, shining, ca. 3 mm long.

- 台灣 : in sunny fields, roadsides, throughout the island.
- 世界 : India, The Himalayas, China (except NW & Xizang), Indochina, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Korea, the Ryukyus, Japan, Russian Far East and North America.
