形態特徵

• Annual decumbent to ascending herbs, to 80 cm tall; stems much branched, angled, armed with recurved prickles.
• Leaves lanceolate to elliptic, 2–8 cm long, 1–2 cm wide, apex acuminate, base cuneate to sagittate, usually with small lobes, upper surfaces glabrous to pubescent with tufted hairs, lower surfaces pubescent with stellate hairs, midvein retrorsely prickly; petioles 0.3–2 cm long; ocreae tubular, 0.5–2.5 cm long, apex truncate, recurved strigose at base, upper margins ciliate.
• Inflorescences 2- or 3-flowered fascicles in spike-like panicles, terminal or in axils of upper leaves, interrupted, 1–2.5 cm long; peduncles glandular pubescent, 1.5–4 cm long; bracts elliptic, glabrous, apex acute to obtuse, upper margins ciliate. Flowers pink; pedicels exserted; perianth segments 5, elliptic, 2–4 mm long, apex obtuse; stamens 8; styles 3-cleft, included; nectaries present.
• Achenes greenish brown to dark brown, trigonous, smooth, shining, ca. 2 mm long.

分布

• 台灣 : in wet grassy places and along stream banks in lowlands.
• 世界 : China (S, SW, E, NE & Xizang), E Siberia, Japan and Korea.
