特徵描述

形態特徵

Rhizomes stout, ascending, scaly at apex.
Fronds tufted; stipes 20-60 cm long, scaly, the scales pale, broad and thin, lanceolate; laminae broadly lanceolate, 35-100 cm long, with lower pinnae abruptly shortened; pinnae up to 35 pairs, sessile, 10-20 cm long, 7-15 mm wide, broadly cuneate or subtruncate at base, narrowly acuminate at apex; upper surfaces of laminae covered with closely appressed hairs, with minute yellow glands on the lower surfaces; veins in the lobes 5-8 pairs, the lowest of adjacent groups meeting and forming an excurrent vein which stops at the base of the short hyaline sinus-membrane, the next acroscopic vein usually meeting the membrane at sinus, the rest passing to the free margin.
Sori round, median on the lateral veins; indusia reniform, fugaceous, sparsely hairy.

台灣 : Growing in dense fsorests along the moist stream banks of low mountains.
世界 : S. China, Thailand, the Ryukyus.
