Cardamine 碎米薺屬
型態特徵
Annual biennial or perennial herbs, often rhizomatous, rhizomes sometimes fleshy or scaly, with or without hairs simple. Leaves entire to pinnate, if pinnate then usually with a large terminal leaflet. Flowers in racemes or corymbs, white or purple, very rarely creamy or yellowish, ebracteate; sepals equal, not saccate at base; apetalous or petals equal, obovate, entire or slightly emarginate; stamens 6, sometimes 5–12; nectaries 6 or fewer; ovary subsessile, style short or elongate, stigma simple or shallowly 2-lobed. Siliques elongate, linear, valves flat, coiled, without distinct veins, septum membranous, hyaline. Seeds in one row, ellipsoid, not winged; testa smooth; cotyledons accumbent.
A genus with about 125 species in temperate regions and on high mountains in the tropics; especially rich in Europe and Asia. Six species native in Taiwan.
