形態特徵

Rhizome ovoid to globose-ovoid. Stem 20-40 cm long, purplish.
Leaves lanceolate to oblong-lanceolate, 4-6 cm long, 1.3-1.6 cm wide, apex acuminate, base obtuse, decurrent to petiole, entire, glabrous on both surfaces, upper surface lustrous green, lower surface pale green, chartaceous to thinly coriaceous; petiole 2-4 mm long, glabrous.
Flowers 1 or 2, axillary, nodding; peduncle 1.2-1.5 cm long, slender, glabrous; pedicel 5-6 mm long, glabrous, articulate; perianth tubular, 6-8 mm long, 4-5 mm wide; lobes triangular, 1.5-2 mm long, acute; filaments 2-2.5 mm long; anthers oblong, 1.5-2 mm long, ca. 1 mm wide, apex apiculate, base more or less emarginate; ovary globose, 2-3 mm long, 1.5-2 mm wide, glabrous; style filiform, 4-5 mm long, glabrous.
Fruit a berry, globose, 5-7 mm in diam., glabrous.
