形態特徵

• Prostrate or twining vines; stems terete, old becoming woody and often striate in age, with dense spreading, yellowish-white trichomes or occasionally glabrous.
• Leaves orbicular, 5–9 cm long and wide, palmately 5–7-lobed, sometimes 3-lobed, base cordate; lobes broadly triangular or ovate-lanceolate, slightly narrowed toward base, apex acute to acuminate and mucronate, margin coarsely dentate, canescent on both surfaces; petiole 1–3(–7) cm long, densely clothed with spreading, yellowish-white hairy.
• Cymes axillary, 1–3- or several-flowered; peduncle 1–3 cm long, hirsute; bract minute, subulate; pedicel 8–10 mm long, hirsute; sepals ovate-oblong to oblong, apex obtuse to acute, subcoriaceous, inner glabrous, 1.5–2 cm long, longer than outer ones, outer more or less hirsute, 1.2–1.5 cm long; corolla yellow, funnelform, 4–5 cm long, glabrous, obtusely 5-lobed; stamens 5, filaments ca. 1 cm long, anthers contorted when dry or mature; ovary glabrous.

分布

• 台灣 : only known from Taitung along river banks.
• 世界 : India, Myanmar, Southern Asia, Malaysia, Indonesia and Southern China (Yunnan, Guangxi, Guangdong and Hainan).
