形態特徵

A shrub; branchlets sometimes modified into spines.
Leaves fascicled occasion-ally, elliptical to oblong-lanceolate, 4–8cm long, 1–3cm broad, acute to acuminate a apex, acute to obtuse at base, serrulate, the lateral veins 3–4 per side, pubescent to glabrous above and pubescent in the vein axils; petioles 0.2-lcm long, pubescent stipules subulate or linear, small.
Inflorescence dioecious, pedicel 6mm long, pubescent; staminate flowers fasciculate, calyx 4-fid, the lobes triangular, 3mm long, 1.2mm broad; petal elliptical, lmm long; filament about 1.5mm long; anther oblong, lmm long; female flowers sepal triangular, 2.5mm long, 1.8mm broad, style 2.5mm long, 3–4 cleft conspicuous, rare 2.
Drupe subglobose, 5mm across, pedicels 5–10 mm long, pubescent, purple-black, 1–3-seeded.

分布

台灣 : in forests at medium altitudes of northern and central Taiwan.
