形態特徵

• Shrubs; branchlets brownish; buds 0.6-1 cm long, 3-4 mm wide, scales with reddish-brown hairs outside.
• Leaves with 3 main veins, ovate to long ovate, 4.5-5.5 cm long, 2.2-2.3 cm wide, lustrous above, somewhat glaucous beneath, lateral veins 2 or 3 pairs, reticulate veins very prominent on both surfaces when dry, acuminate at apex, obtuse at base; petioles 8-9 mm long.
• This form is similar to the typical phase, but differs it by having Leaves ovate and acuminate at apex. It is also similar to N. daibuensis and N. parvigemma, but differs from them by having Leaves with very prominent reticulate veins above when dry.

• 台灣 : at the Nanjenshan, Hengchun and Lilongshan, Fangliao.
